Update Your Chapter Board List

As part of your affiliation agreement with CUPA-HR, the national office also files and retains all legal paperwork, including your updated board list, which is provided to the IRS each year to maintain your chapter’s 501c3 nonprofit exemption status.

It’s critical that you help the national office maintain an updated list of your board of directors.

Follow these steps to view your chapter board roster:

• Visit your CUPA-HR account
• Select My Committee Memberships
• Select Your Chapter
• The click on View Selected Committee Members

If you need to make any updates to your chapter board roster, please use the Mid-Year Chapter Board Update Form.
