Institutional, International and Affiliate Members: To obtain your login information, refer to the e-mail invoice that was sent to your institution's Key CUPA-HR Representative in April, or contact Member Service at memberservice@cupahr.org or (877) CUPA-HR4 (877-287-2474).

Individuals, Student and Retirees: To obtain your login information, refer to the e-mail invoice that was sent to you in April, or contact Member Service at memberservice@cupahr.org or (877) CUPA-HR4 (877-287-2474).

Corporate Members: Please use the Corporate Membership Form.

Use the log-in information included in the e-mail message you received. After logging in, you may pay with your credit card online or print your invoice to pay with a check. Dues must be received immediately to avoid a lapse in your membership.
IMPORTANT: If you click the Pay Now button but then do not pay, you will be locked out of the system. If this happens, the system will be reset by 9 a.m. ET the next business day. Please retry after that time. If you still have problems, contact a Member Service Representative.
