Financial Statement – Submit by August 31

As part of your chapter’s affiliation agreement with CUPA-HR, you’re required to submit a financial statement to CUPA-HR each year by August 31 reflecting your chapter’s financials for the fiscal year, ending June 30.

The CUPA-HR national office staff use your statement to file critical legal paperwork to maintain your chapter.
