The presenters will share their experience of assessing the need, getting buy-in from various units, selecting a structure to be used for the proposed unit and securing funding. They will also explain the process involved in building a unit that allows faculty and departments to have a one-stop shop for questions and processes involving in doing research and business in foreign countries.
