Rent a Mailing List

CUPA-HR mailing lists are available for rent for one-time use with each order. CUPA-HR reserves the right to deny requests that are intended for mailings in conflict with its programs, principles or other interests. All mailer content must be approved and mailing list contract signed prior to receiving mailing list. Please note that e-mail addresses are not available for rent.

Corporate members receive one free mailing list with their first corporate membership dues payment. If choosing to exercise this option, please reference promo code CORPMEM on the order form. The Mailing List Order Form is available in two formats: Excel or PDF.

Note: Any use of the CUPA-HR name and/or logo is proprietary and may not be used without prior approval from the CUPA-HR National Office.

Select Recipients

You can elect to send your mailing to one of the following four groups, as indicated on the Mailing List Order Form:

  • Member institutions, key contacts only
  • Member and Nonmember institutions, key contacts only
  • Member Institutions, key contacts and additional contacts
  • Member and Nonmember institutions, key and additional contacts

Rates

  • CUPA-HR Members: 12¢ per record
  • CUPA-HR Nonmembers: 18¢ per record

Order and Invoice Processing

  • Orders processed within 7-10 business days of request
  • Invoice (net 30 days)

Select Geographic Regions

You may elect to send your mailing nationwide or to a specific region(s). Refer to the Mailing List Order Form for a list of states within each of the following regions:

Order Requirements

  • Provide a sample of the literature to be mailed. If not yet printed, provide a final draft of the copy.
  • Provide date that mailing list is needed.
  • Lists are sold for one time use. If you are planning multiple mailings, each mailing is considered a separate one-time use.

Order Submission

  • Your order form must be accompanied by a sample of your proposed mailing piece. Order forms may be sent via e-mail to mailinglists@cupahr.org or via fax to Attn: Mailing Lists.
